Scripture Reading:
Proverbs 4
Psalm 32:8
“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
I will counsel you with My loving eye on you.”
— Psalm 32:8
As the year continues to unfold, it’s easy to feel pressure to have everything figured out — the direction, the timing, the next step. We often believe that clarity must come before movement, but God’s way is often the opposite.
Scripture reminds us that wisdom is not found in rushing ahead or forcing certainty. It is found in walking — step by step — with the Lord. God does not simply point from a distance; He promises to instruct, teach, and counsel us personally as we move forward.
The path God sets before you may not always be fully visible, but it is always intentional. He sees what you cannot see. He knows the turns ahead, the moments that will shape you, and the lessons that will strengthen your faith.
Your responsibility is not to control the outcome — it is to stay attentive. To listen. To remain teachable. To trust that as you walk with Him, clarity will come at the right time.
You do not need to run ahead of God’s guidance. You only need to stay close to Him.
Closing Prayer
Father, thank You for guiding my steps and watching over my path.
Help me to trust You even when I cannot see the full way ahead.
Teach me, lead me, and keep my heart attentive to Your direction.
Amen.
